I’ve had Go Slimey Go! on my radar for some time, and the team just recently reached out to send a key, and I figured what better time than now to share the game’s trailer with you all? No release date is set just yet, but if you can’t wait, the demo is live now!
Go Slimey Go! is an easy-to-pick-up game for all players! Help Slimey, our tiny slippery protagonist, visit his friends for some well deserved teatime after some thrilling platforming challenges! Just make sure not to get caught in the middle of the ultimate showdown between good and evil!

Fretless finally has a release date! The demo had just the right amount of soundtrack previews and rocking game mechanics to get me hooked to further explore it when it releases on July 17th. The demo is out now if you want a preview of what’s to come.

Point-and-click scares me, but the visuals of this game bring me right back to it. I love how the pixel art animations for actions you take play out. The story-driven conspiracy world they’ve created is intriguing. The demo is out now if you want to try it out before its release on July 17th.

Crowdfunding Checkpoint | Ninsight: The New Nintendo Magazine
When it comes to games journalism and magazines in general, I am a big fan. That’s why this week I’m not sharing a game to fund, but a new gaming magazine for all things Nintendo. This isn’t indie gaming-related per se, but I imagine they will also highlight indie games that make it to the Switch 2. It’s only $4 to start with the first digital issue of Ninsight and roughly $20 with shipping to get the first issue in physical form. It is expected to start deliveries next month. Let’s see how it goes, since it’s already funded 150% with 13 days to go!
This unofficial successor to Switch Player Magazine and Ninty Fresh Magazine will cover the world of Nintendo in print.

Quest Vibes Monthly | Stonefly Soundtrack by Natureboy Flako
This was interesting because I knew nothing about the game Stonefly, and was just searching Bandcamp for gaming soundtracks. I stumbled upon Natureboy Flako, who does not primarily make music for games, and that’s why I think this one thrives. Its naturally melodic flow gives me this sense of Plantasia going through a more recent exploration of sounds. It’s relaxing and electronic—perfectly complementing the visuals of Stonefly. Quest Loot | Monument Valley Physical + Soundtrack
We are finally getting physical versions for one of the best mobile games ever released. My son religiously plays 1 + 2 on his iPad, and I can’t wait to play this on the TV in all its 4K glory. Not only is iam8bit making the physical release, stickers, socks, and more they are also releasing the soundtrack of the trilogy.
